OMO Dirt For Good
- Microsite
For 4 consecutive years, OMO has been running their "Lấm bẩn vì màn chắn xanh" campaign all over Vietnam. Their ambition is to "cover" Vietnam with greeneries, which they called "green shield", practicing their new brand alignment changes: from "Dirt is Good" to "Dirt For Good". Following their successful campaigns in recent years, OMO is going to create an even bigger buzz this year, by planting the biggest amount of trees they have ever done, with the help of their consumer.
This is where me and the team at MullenLowe Mishra came in. Our task is to plan, and create a creative campaign to promote their initiative "Một cây ở nhà, một cây ở rừng", in which whenever a consumer plant a new tree at their home, OMO will plant a new tree in the forest of Vietnam. The campaign consist of many assets, a music video, a social campaign, key visual, and an informative, gaming driven, exciting website for user to come, play games, and participate with ease. I was honored to be the creative lead in the microsite creation, as well as participating in the creation of the music video.

The Prototype
This project is a perfect opportunity for me to try and use Figma and create a proper prototype. To do this, I have to have a little chat and instruction to the client, so that we can have a suitable way of working, as well as reducing the risk of bein in the endless loop of website revision. Thanks to this, the design process went smoothly.
Since OMO is a global brand, this website design and development is strictly monitored and constantly being adjust by both the global and local team. This requires us to fully understand the global expectation regarding guidelines, designs, photography, load time, UX scores, as well as successfully integrate local insights and relevancy. Thus, the design process was very challenging, but rewarding.

The Result
The designs was approved with impressed clients, happy developers, and a proud designer. Out of all the website design project, I would say this project is very rewarding regarding experience, knowledge, and client understanding.
This project show case is still updating as COVID situation in 2021, keep a look out for more updates.
