The Lumière

Taking its inspiration from the veins of a leaf to create a one-of-a-kind Leafscape architecture, LUMIÈRE riverside is a unique development aiming to harmoniously balance ideas of nature and well-being without compromising on luxury or aesthetics. The residential towers rise elegantly over Ho Chi Minh City, framed by vertical gardens and water pavilions to engage the senses and provide a space for relaxation. The most iconic element of the façade is the lush greenery which acts as a natural filter, promoting a healthy indoor microclimate and reducing noise pollution.

Translating the concept into design, I utilize the pattern of the leaf vein, in combination with a more fashion editorial layouts, leaving a note of nature in every designs.

Lumìere is quite a special project as it stands independently from other Masterise project as a boutique resident, giving a more personal care to all its residence.

When Luxury Meets Green Living

While working on the branding of LUMIÈRE riverside, the concept ‘When Luxury Meets Green Living’ is central to everything I do. From the gold foil printing technique, the leaf vein pattern, the contemporary layout design, to the smallest detail of the font sizes, the brand identity is all in line with the architecture and interior designs. creating a cohesive branding system.

In the creation of LUMIÈRE riverside, I can't help but notice the radical changes in Ho Chi Minh city, where trees of hundred years old are being cut down for the sake of industrial development. I realize that the way of green living will soon be a luxury, and use it as one of our key selling points for this project.
