The Warehouse - one of the most trusted and well-known wine store in Vietnam - is cooking up a big ambition to expand and dominate not only the wine business, but the entire liquor retail industry. With their determination to expand, the CEOs themselves approach me and the team at MLM to be consulted for a total rebranding, and answering the question: "How do we keep the prestige of being one of the best wine retail amongst the upper-class, while expanding to be one of the coolest liquor store to the youngsters?"

For the past 10+ years, wine has been The Warehouse prominent choice of product and they have made their name across Vietnamese elites as one of the top choices for wines. However, to evolve into a brand that expand across all other branches of alcohol beverages, The Warehouse need a serious renovation.
We understand that each alcoholic beverage serves a specific need, for a specific occasion: Igniting Fun, Signaling Status, Indulging, Shared Treat & Celebration, Gifting, Daily meal, etc. Hence, we reposition The Warehouse as the one Warehouse has all alcoholic beverages under one roof for your every need and occasion.
